During peak seasons where we would be experiencing a high volume of orders, some delays might be expected due to the shipping services. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

HYL Nutra Pharma is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of HYL-Nutribiotics. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. We will provide instructions on how to return the product for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping charges). The product must be unopened and in its original packaging. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping.
